The Centre d’Appui Scolaire recognises the importance of protecting personal data. The sharing of personal data requires a high degree of trust on the part of all partners outside the CAS. The Association takes this mark of trust very seriously and treats such personal data as confidential.

The Centre d’Appui Scolaire is subject to Swiss law. The collection, processing and use of personal data are governed by the Swiss Data Protection Act (LPD), the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance (OPDo) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
